Reading Fundamentals

Reading comprehension is the sum of key elements of literacy, including phonemic awareness, fluency, vocabulary and phonics. Children in our program focus on the key concepts - at their level - and master each new concept before moving to the next level. Reading and writing are practiced every day and work together to build confidence and mastery.

Through our program, children grow and gain a passion for reading, along with everything it brings to their life. Parents often tell us their children would rather go to the library or bookstore than anywhere else.

Math Foundations

Success in math depends on a solid foundation and fluency in basic math concepts. Through a traditional approach that includes daily practice and repetition, our program helps children master the fundamental operations of math, from basic addition through fractions. Children gain fluency as math facts are committed to long-term memory. The level of mastery children achieve in our program establishes a crucial foundation for success with more advanced math concepts, such as algebra, calculus and geometry.

Designed for the real word, our approach also uses word problems to inspire critical thinking and develop practical problem solving skills. Children gain confidence with every step they take.
